No security deposit, no hidden fees. You only pay the Groupi service fee. This payment confirms your unit pre-reservation and locks in your spot in the group.
Groupi service fee
Our fee is shared with you up front by your advisor before any commitment, then formalised in the pre-reservation agreement you sign with Yieldis, the operator of Groupi.
One unique code per unit
Every apartment, retail space, office or land plot has a unique reference generated by Groupi. Your advisor shares it with you privately to trigger the pre-reservation.
Dedicated advisor for members
Once the fee is paid, a dedicated advisor takes over your file all the way to the notary signing. Aggregate availability is public; detailed references stay inside the Groupi team.
Remote-buyer (MRE) support option
For buyers living abroad, a dedicated advisor handles the entire file remotely — virtual tours, recorded open days, signing coordination through to the notary.
